Good Reference for a Lightroom Newbie

The book is full of information and when used with the online program your LightroomLC/Photoshop skills will improve.

Us it for college easy to use

I bought this book to help learn how to use Adobe Lightroom Classic. I was expecting more guided lessons and possibly some companion videos. Perhaps this is more useful to those who are not first-time users.

Purchased Adobe Lightroom Classic 2021- 22 from Amazon recently and found it not really helpful so it was returned. Too much is spent on organising your files which for the non professional seems to be a bit of a waste. Page after page after page about transferring files, storing files, renaming files, moving files creating folders, etc, etc etc, all of which isn't really rocket science, Only a quarter of the pages was about actually editing and improving your pics, also the quality of the paper and images used was of lower standard to the other books that I've purchased from the same seller, for example Photoshop, premier pro, both are Classroom in a Book latest editions and go straight into teaching you the basics of editing, composition, and improving your images, also the pages are of good quality paper, but sadly this isn't the case with this edition of Lightroom Classic, alternatively other authors might be better, hope this helps.
