Works just as it should, good construction. Though the description doesn't say it comes with the hand ball pictured, it did. I ordered the shower strap mentioned in the description and that also works as it should. There's a bit of a learning curve to become comfortable with it, but not bad at all. Probably saved $200.00 or more with this over the national brands. Very happy with the product and the purchase.
