Even though I am only 18 at the moment, I take these vitamins every day. I currently suffer from hypothyroidism and I am also on depo provera, and both cause me to lose bone density. I bought these because they were a cheaper option that also had calcium, and I did not want to continue to take One A Day Woman's since it is known for making people nauseous.These have really helped my nails grow faster and my hair to grow faster as well. I can take these after snacking on something small such as peanuts and take it without feeling sick to my stomach.I have been taking Equate Mature Adults 50+ for a few months now and I have not had any problems with it.

I have been using this product for about 4+ years (before the pandemic, of course). The pandemic came and I became aware this product contains many vitamins that are suggested to increase your defense mechanisms against bacteria and virus. So I was very happy about it. And I recommend it. Warning: this is NOT a vaccine that will prevent you from acquiring CV19. It will only increase your defense mechanisms. Check with your doctor if you need to know more and understand this defense mechanisms system much better.

It's hard to know how effective a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement is. I have been using Equate for a number of years. It is a good value, and I hope it does what it is supposed to do. I also use a few extra supplements like Calcium with D3 and B-Complex to help with my health problems.

These are wonderful and easy to use. Great for the value.

I usually get these at Walmart but they are frequently out of them so I just started ordering them here. My husband and I have been taking these vitamins for over 20 years at least.

It's difficult to find OTC pills of any kind that do not use Lactose in the fillers. I am Lactose intolerant and this product is great for me and has a very good assortment of vitamins and minerals. Thank You Equate!!!!
