There is only limited number of decorative items . Not the same number as they mentioned. I recived no toppers candles paper fan decorations.

Bad quality Balloons
Four out of Ten balloons blew up within few minutes of blowing and arranging. Not very happy with it. Otherwise seems OK. Hope they improve upon the balloons quality...
