Wasn’t expecting it but I’m guessing I had some really poor guy health because after a few days (maybe a week) I wasn’t tired feeling in the morning or throughout the day. I am finally able to wake up early like I used to and go to the gym before 7am. Huge shift in my overall energy level.

Amazing product! For years I’ve searched for a fiber supplement that worked well for me. Taken twice a day with plenty of water and this has been a game changer! The taste is a little strong, but it’s worth it.

Ordered this thinking I could drink it with water but it's pellets that sink and don't disintegrate. Can't read the instructions since they're in a form of Asian. Hope this works as warning for others

These are seeds and not the powder. I take Konsyl daily and wanted a like item that I could take with me when I travel and was single serving packets. This is not a substitute to Konsyl.

It does not dissolve in water as you can see in the picture. I tried to choke it down, it made me ill.
