I had this for almost 2 years and it probably killed hundreds mosquitoes, fruit flies and flies. The zapping sound can spook you if you are just passing by, but it’s so satisfying knowing it made another kill! The bulb recently burned out (lasted about 20 months, but I found some generic 18w bug zapper bulb replacement on Amazon, and now working like a charm again. Purchasing another one for the garage so we don’t have to move it around when we doing garage work. Good product overall!

I bought a set of these in September 2021 and they still work perfect. I use them from May until late September and they are on day and night. I have one on my patio and one inside my house. Easy to clean trap at the bottom and capable of any size flying pest. I highly recommend this product.

Am sorry i did not review this product earlier. Been about 2 yrs since i bought this and it's been steadily chugging along keeping my home insect free especially at night. You can hear the zaps and crackles at night to know that it's at work and I've had no fruit flies or moths for the time that I've had this product. The lights dimmed a bit, which is to be expected as it's been 'on' for almost the best part of 2yrs. Will definitely buy again or replace its tubes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

After using for a couple months I find this unit kills a lot of bugs. Have to clean out daily which is not a big deal. The horizontal screen however, makes cleaning with the included brush very frustrating and the brush becomes so deformed its difficult to insert through the screen. If the screen were vertical it would have made cleaning much easier. I had to drill the bottom plate for drainage as some rain will collect in the screw out base. At times I use a leaf blower to clean out unit but still use the brush. Would like to hear how others clean out this unit.

We tried to give this item a reasonable trial period, perhaps too long because we have missed the return window by just a few days. We made sure to put this in a darkened area, when we knew mosquitos had made it into the house. It has never killed one in the month's time we've used it. I'm not sure the light is the right type. I could be wrong, but it's very bright. I mean it lights up an entire room, it's so bright! It's a blue tinted light, but not the normal indigo color I'm used to seeing in a bug light. Again, that I could be wrong about that, but I can't figure out why wouldn't doesn't work. Amazon's 30 day return window is making sellers a lot of money, that's for sure. I hope they will consider a balance by extending it to 45 or 60 days.

live in New England and we have a ton of mosquitos, so I am always on the lookout for products that will put a dent in the backyard population.This trap works Well for fruit flies, gnats, and most importantly, small mosquitos.UV light attracts and instant results..It is fairly quiet and what little noise it does make is a soothing almost white noise.I am very happy to add this to our bug control system to keep those windows on cool nights without a ton of blood-sucking annoyances.2 months in daily use and holding up wellWorth the money

Es practico y se puede poner en cualquier lugar. No hace ningun ruido. Solo cuando electrocuta a los insectos.

ESta muy bien la lampara, quizas un poco de ruido cuando un mosquito grande se queda pegado hasta que se achicharra

Algunos zancudos distraídos caen, las moscas no de broma -.-

Caen mas maripositas que moscos y si se descompone no hay quien haga válida la garantía. Es tirar el dinero a la basura
