Shankara Deep Cleanse Facial Ubtan, 120g

I bought this product as suggested by one of my friends last year. I have tried to use this as a cleanser but everytime I have tried doing so since the last couple of months, my skin starts getting red and hot. I never faced this after applying any mask or product on my face and I don't think I am allergic to any ingredients. Now I am starting to have serious doubts on the quality of this product and whether the ingredients listed are correct. No response from their customer care as well.
