It is exactly as shown in the pic. 10 pcs/5 pairs, made of Steel. One was a bit rusted but it's ok for me. Looks durable, go for it. Works beautifully on rods with threaded ends. Also works on rods with smooth ends. Cause of its screw function it can be fixed on any rods with 19mm to 27mm.

Some pieces don't work properly
The media could not be loaded. It's a hit or a miss. Some pieces will fit both the gym and dumbell rods others will fit only one.
