Our kitchen counter is a gray granite look formica. I needed a curtain to blend in with it, and due to the embroidery along the edges, this did quite nicely. Unfortunately, I did not need the bottom panels, so they are stashed in a cabinet somewhere. Regardless, the valence was more than worth it for my purposes. Now the window "blends" with the kitchen instead of looking like something stuffed in to provide light.

these drapes are great and good They well made so pretty and shinny. gray color looks so good no matter the bathroom color. light gets thru but cannot see thur. . live on busy street. now can open blinds to let loght in behind drapes . highly recommend. good quality

The curtains are nice and silky. I only needed the valances. Would have been nice. If you had the choice of buying one or the other. Overall great value. If you need both.

Love the look and sheen. Adds finishing touch to my freshly painted kitchen.
