Arthritis in both hands and range of motion was decreasing in everyday life so I wanted an exerciser that would be comfortable, fit my hand, and help loosen up joints. The egg shape fits me well and I can easily hold two in my hand at once. I keep them close by and use them multiple times a day and have noticed an improvement in range of motion and gripping ability. Surprisingly effective for such a simple idea and low price.

I do a lot of Paint With Diamonds. Sometimes my hands will cramp after an hour or so, and I use these to massage my hands, and work out the cramps. Amazing how well they work! I also use them for stress relief, and have found them to work quite well rolling them under my feet. Quality is good and price was GREAT!

These are cool. They’re kind of like a bouncy ball. But an egg shape. I am upset the price dropped by $3 as soon as I received the item. But they also don’t smell rubbery so that’s good.

I needed some stress/exercise ball/eggs for helping my left hand. I hurt it and getting the strength back in it has been difficult. I really like the size of these eggs. I also love that I can start with the softest and work my way up. Love the colors and the feel. And the price is just the cherry on top. Yes, I would recommend.

Wasn't too much of a difference in the pressure of squeezing between the 4. Got bored fast with them!

These are great. Easy to clean as well. The eggs all have various degree of density. The green egg is the firmest while the yellow was the least. I work at a factory and use my hands all day, by the time I get home, my hands and wrists are sore and these eggs help my hand tremendously! The seller make it clear they provide a lifetime replacement which is awesome. I highly recommend.

so I really like the firmness of these eggs, I mostly bought these so id have more then one that I could tuck into various places also I lose things. The firmness keeps me from being too aggressive (I've sprained my fingers with other squeeze toys) they are a little sticky so they will pick up dirt and hair but thats alright.

Great for the price! Just as described. My husband says he wishes they were just a little bigger, but he is 6’3” and has pretty big hands. They seemed perfect in my hands. They are fun to squeeze and really seem like they might help with strengthening in the hand.

What I liked about these is that they are small enough for my wife who’s hand is on the small side and she love’s them as she has a problem with her ring finger so it’s small enough to be used with a single finger and large enough for a full hand, and very reasonable for the price, you get 4 egg shaped balls and even I find them great as now my hand strength has got less as I’ve aged, so we can both squeeze a pair of balls together.

4 different grip levels.They're also truly durable. I've been using the orange 25kg ball for nearly a year now, since I killed the foam rubber one I was given by a vascular access nurse.They'll work for both increasing your grip level, and for exercising an arterio-venous fistula. If you have kidney failure you'll know what this is.

I don't have big hands but there's are tiny, I needed something to excersize my hand but there's not much difference between the softest and hardest egg. All of them are too firm and offer very little travel.

Purchased for friend who suffers with arthritis she was recommended to use something like this for her hands. Day 1 she found it very ease to use and feel it did give her comfort and a little pain relief. Will report when she has used them more
