We lived in England for 10 years, returning to the US back in 1985. My best friend in England was a neighbor, John, and we spent many nights togethe,r with our wives drinking their wine, and John and I sharing a bottle of good single malt Scotch. John had a couple of beautiful cut crystal whiskey glasses, and we made good use of them. Sadly, years after we returned to the States, John passed away (I'm 81 now). We visited his widow in England soon after his death, and she said John wanted me to have the glasses. That was at least 15 years ago. I've been using the glasses daily (admittedly I've switched to Bourbon) ever since. One got broken soon after, the other lasted until recently when my wife dropped it and it shattered. She felt terrible and urged me to buy a replacement. After looking through the offerings on Amazon I settled on these glasses. They were delivered today, and I've filled the glass and raised one in remembrance of my best friend, John.I was not disappointed in my selection. The glasses arrived in a beautiful presentation case, amply cushioned with foam. They're heavy , with thick glass, and look beautiful. They're nothing like the whiskey glasses I shared with John, but I love them. Here's to John. May you look down from wherever you are and raise a glass in remembrance, as do I.

Perfect for on the rocks or neat beverages. Very stylish!

These are perfect. I was looking for a smaller whiskey glass for my friends who like to drink their bourbon/whiskey straight or on the rocks. They’re very easy to hold onto and look great. The packaging itself looks fantastic as well. These would make a perfect gift set.

Very beautiful decanter and four glass set. Very solid, very elegant. The glasses have a nice heavy bottom to them. I'm very happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because there are a couple small air bubbles in the decanter.

This product was reasonably priced, super sturdy and gorgeous to look at! I gifted them to my daughter-in-law and she loved them!

Just the right size for a shot of Bourbon and if you want ice there is room.

Nice lil set for a good price. the decanter is a lil tricky to wash if needed but most are.

These glasses have a beautiful, easy-to-hold shape, and the clarity you can expect from crystal glassware. Easily my favorite glasses.

This is a set of a decanter with removable stopper, plus four glasses, in a nice presentation box. It's an attractive package and would make a wonderful gift for someone who likes to have a drink or two, once in a while. The design on the heavy glass decanter and glasses is a nice, modern pattern, contemporary but classic, and I prefer it to some of the plain and extra-fancy decanter sets on the market. The glasses have a lovely weight in your hand. My wife likes to use the decanter for wine, aerating it as she pours from bottle to decanter through a funnel, but I like it for my whisky and rum, sitting ready when I feel like having a glass. Well made, and a little touch of luxury at a reasonable price.

This is a nice decanter set. The glass is clear, it may not be the best quality however it is not bad! I've hand washed these pieces a few times, they still look new... especially with my fingerprints wiped off.Comes in a nice giftable box, with 4 glasses.Lid sits fairly well on the decanter, I recommend this product for you or someone you know, these are very giftable, as I mentioned.

These are high end quality glasses. Most glasses for this price come with small bubbles or defects, these are perfect.The size is nice, they’re not too wide and awkward to hold. They are a really neat shape, with a twist.I love that there is no words or script on the bottom of the glass. They have a nice weight to them, but not too heavy.My one dislike was the packaging, if I were purchasing this as a gift I would prefer the package not to have tape on it. Also the box came with a little bit of a crushed corner. Not a big deal if you’re purchasing for yourself and not planning to keep the box. However if I was giving this as a gift I would be a little bit disappointed that the package looks like it was handled poorly.Over all I love these glasses though. They’re perfect in every way.I would say this is a great set to display at a bar or by a decanter.
