SheaMoisture Body Wash Extra Dry Skin Replenishing Cocoa Almond Cruelty Free Body Wash Made with Fair Trade Shea Butter 19.8 oz

The smell is weird, it lathered up well but don't moisturizer my skin at all. This is not for me, I just hope I don't start itching!

I'm comparing this to my favorite body wash for a very long time: the Shea Butter African Black Soap body wash. I love it! I don't even care about any possible detoxifying properties. It is simply my favorite body wash. It is not stripping at all and leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized. They are, however, discontinuing it - as it would seem.So I tried this new body wash from Shea Moisture. I thought I chose the most moisturizing option from their new lineup - but it leaves my skin feeling a little tight and dry. It is VERY concentrated (maybe too soapy in the end) and my skin did feel smoother, but still stripped of moisture. Also - the fragrance is a faint nutty scent. I expected more of an aroma-therapeutic experience! It's quite boring and unimpressive. I guess they're lowering their prices and quality level. I'm very disappointed!

Shea moisture is a great product, but do not buy from Amazon. A lot of the sellers are using a different product in the bottle. More than one time I have gotten a body wash in the seal was broken and replaced. A few bottles I got was diluted. I never use the product. I returned it. I noticed because I compare them to the products you buy in the actual store. If you do this, you will see a difference of how consistently thick the product is and how the seal stays on after remove the cap. Do not allow them to scam you.

I’ve used other SheaMoisture body washes for years and love how moisturizing and luxurious they are but this one is not. My favorite (the coconut one) was discontinued, or at least I can’t find it anymore. This seems like it had mostly the same ingredients, but it’s very thin and watery and doesn’t really do much for my skin. I don’t really care for the scent either. I did not finish the bottle and I’m not going to re-purchase. Please bring back the products you discontinued!!

This product arrived with the cap partially broken and no seal on the cap. The smell is amazing and when you're washing with it the lather is great. My issue with this product is it claims to be a moisturizing product. Now I don't really have super dry skin. My skin is more sensitive than anything. Ever since I started using this product I've noticed my arms itch every now and then. I'm not saying it is due to the product use but there may be some correlation.Altogether it is not a bad product as it smells wonderful and I enjoy using all natural products. However, the Nivea moisturizing bodywash is cheaper and seems to not leave me scratching after usage.Good product but they should send you another one if the one you receive is unsealed and damaged.

i love this body wash recently noticed the price went up i ordered one and it came busted won’t be ordering from amazon again hopefully can find a diff place to order but i can’t seem to find the 19oz anywhere :(

Whoever thinks this is a smell someone would want in their personal hygiene routine is bonkers. I’m going to try another scent because I like most everything else about this product. It moisturizes ok although my skin and my bath pouf feel a little slimy after using it, rather than that quenched feeling you get with really good moisturizing products. The bottle is very small for what you pay but it’s a good company. I want to like it more than I do so I’ll give another scent a shot before I completely write it off.

I have bought a lot of body wash from Amazon and this is the worst one so far.I purchased almond and the smell is not appealing and the body wash is runny almost like it was half water and half soap. It does not make my skin soft nor does it leave a nice scent so I threw it in the trash.
