Ok set...meat probe doesn't work, the entire reason I bought this set compared to others.

The digital fork thermometer did not work at all. ...
The digital fork thermometer did not work at all. I found one of the + battery ends was not making contact with the metal connector plate due to a small plastic piece holding it away. I bent the plate so it touched the battery then it worked ok. The probe is slow and may take one minute before showing an accurate reading.
