This is exactly what we needed.

This box is wider and deeper than a standard 4x4 box, so it has more room inside. Not only is it the higher-quality welded steel type of box, but there are lots of knockouts and mounting holes to support almost any use. The listing photo shows an older version of the box with some differences from the current model, so I uploaded photos of the current 2023 version.Key features:1) 15 total combo 1/2 & 3/4 knockouts, 3 on each face, plus one more 1/2 inch only on the back. The combo knockouts are designed so that if you knock out only the inner 1/2 inch disc, a standard 1/2 locknut makes a good bond with the rest of the box so no bonding jumper is necessary on attached conduit.2) A raised ground bump for a standard green grounding screw - the bump leaves room for the screw end even when the box back is surface-mounted to a support.3) Plenty of additional holes on back and sides for mounting the box or securing lugs or other fittings.

The Hubbell 14-50 receptacle ears won't reach the screws on this. You'll need the RACO 888 cover plate, or you can get a "4-11/16 SQ COVER 2 DEVICE 1/2"RAISED" from a home center to use with the Hubbell 313292 stainless steel cover plate.

the item purchased was a 20 pack. I received only one in the package that was delivered. Where are the other 19?

For my Tesla charger. Definitely use a larger box such as the Hubbell-Raco 8257 (2-1/8-Inch Deep, 1/2-Inch and 3/4-Inch Side Knockouts Welded 4-11/16-Inch Square Box and Raco 888 Raised Square Exposed Work Cover, 2-5/8 in Dia L X 4-11/16 in W X 1/2 in T, 4-11/16", Gray). It will help with more room to bend the thick conductors. Built to house the Hubble NEMA 14-50 HBL9450A.

This is bigger than the standard 4" box. It's difficult to find covers that are compatible with it. To be fair the description does say it's 4 11/16"

THE BOX IS WELL MADE BUT I ORDERED THE WRONG ONE

In the end, my existing box was compatible so I returned this one. The price seemed high for what it is.
