iPhone Wireless Charging Receiver for iPhone - Improved Add-On Receiver for Wireless Charging of iPhone

Just purchased a new truck with wireless charging and was excited to upgrade my iPhone 6S with this product to get it to wirelessly charge. So far, this has been a complete dud, and will be asking to return the item. Let me explain... first and foremost, it does not work. I have tried every combination or ways to get the thing to work, and it won't. Inside the case, outside the case, upside done, flip side ... tried it all and the phone won't charge. I don't know if it is a product issue or a iPhone issue, but in the end it doesn't work on my iPhone6S so its not for me.As for the receiver itself, I'm also not excited, as it seems like even if it did work, that I would end up breaking it quickly. As you probably know, you attach the receive to the back of the phone inside of the case. Then, a small ribbon like plug bends around and goes into the lightening port. Unfortunately that ribbon is very flimsy and I can see how if you expect to attach the received, then unattach to charge physically (via a wire), its not going to take many repetitions before the ribbon or the connector break. It just doesn't seem sturdy. If you never are going to charge again via wire, then I'd be more positive but I expect to want to charge or backup my phone from time to time via wire so that concerns me as well.So 1 star because it doesn't work with my phone, but even if it did I'd be concerned about longevity.

This receiver works great!! We are using it to charge an iPhone 6S Plus and have had no issues so far. We are using a case made out of wood and it seems to have no trouble charging even though the case is a little thicker. But I will note, the receiver will not charge wirelessly if the phone has a Pop-socket on the back. We had to remove the Pop-socket for the phone to charge. The ONLY negative I have (which is not actually a refection of the product at all) is that once you attached the receiver and put your case back on, your only option is wireless charging as the receiver will stay plugged in at all times. If you need to plug in your phone into a car charger or are in an area where wireless chargers aren't available, you have to take your case off, unplug your receiver, and then plug your phone in manually. As I said, this isn't so much a reflection of the receiver, but more just something we didn't thinking about before purchasing. That being said, we would still choose to purchase this product again! The receiver works great and we are very happy with it. I would recommend it to anyone! (and the customer service emails are funny too.. good job Invitian!)

This item seemed to work very well for the first week or so. After that, the iPhone starting giving the error messages about it not being licensed and wouldn't charge consistently. My fiance took it out and we haven't messed with it since.

I had to return this product because it only worked 30% of the time when charging thru a RAV Qi charging pad. In the beginning it worked fine inside the case, but then it started acting out and every time I place it on the charging pad the iPhone keeps charging on and off. The manufacturer did email about this device after I returned which was really thoughtful. But the device just didn't work for me and my iPhone.

Bought this to go along with i-phone wireless charger and I LOVE it! My phone was getting iffy (more than one cord was replaced and yet sometimes the charge didn't make it through...) about charging so I decided to try this. This gizmo plugs in and hides under the cover. Great purchase!

It works very well with a bamboo qi charger I also bought on Amazon, as well as a charger that came with a Vizio tablet.It's a bit tricky to take it off, you need to pry it away from the port. After several times of taking it off and putting it back on the adhesive starts to fade away. And eventually the coil starts to bend with repeated removing.The sticker I ordered lasted me over a year then it suddenly stopped working. I think it's a reasonable timeframe for this price.

Well I have 9nly had it a few days so I will tell you what I know. I removed the Lifeproof case installed the device onto my IPad mini, reinstalled the case. I will say if you are going to use this on a Pad type you will need an upright charger as the pad will fall off a flat charged. After installing still working well on my IPad. Maybe follow up in a month
