Not for those who are on their way to an all compassing and total transformation to a spontaneous and enlightened life. Mostly how the author overcame her problems and the tips that she has to give from that. And just that!! Nothing more.There's nothing in the book that can help one to get answers to that core questions that you have been struggling with.It's very narrow in scope in that she assumes that everyone on planet has very good, loving and ideal parents(and that everyone has grown up in the same circumstances as she did and writes it from that point of view.)Though for those whose circumstances are similar and just want some ready made tips that worked for someone else they can buy and follow it. That's why the two stars.Books that would help someone to become completely worry free and powerful do not ever give 'tips to become rich' or any tips at all they would empower one to probe and get their answers themselves!Verdict - Depends on what kind of help you really want. My life won't be set by just becoming rich or copying and pasting some random tips into my life. It's a very very materialistic approach. Everyone require materials in life, but that sure is not the answer to the problems that sucks the blood out of one's brains.

I actually love listening to the audio of this book, even though I have a hard copy too.Lisa has been there and is here to share all she's learned. She is full of honesty and encouragement.Expand, uplevel, read Lisa Nichols.

Paperback is rubbish. The font is tinier than a grain of sand. Impossible to read and a genius decided that the font color should be gray instead of black. Great book though. Returning paperback and buying hardcover.

I have heard good things about this book, I will update once I have read it.

I would highly recommend this book. It was a Great read!
