Value for money product
Good product if you have an old audio system and want to connect with the latest smart TV's that are available. I am using this for 2 months now. Sound quality is a little bit compromised, roughly due to the digital to analog conversion, but it is manageable. Installation is also preety simple. 1 important point: make sure to adjust your smart TV settings--> audio input to analog mode, otherwise it won't work. The settings might vary based on TV variants. For apps like Netflix you need to go to audio settings for any content that you are watching and change it accordingly. Only 1 issue , on Amazon prime app this is not working for me. Not sure if it is the app issue or my smart TV OS issue

Holds up after 2 years
So I bought this 2 years ago to convert Digital audio from PS4 to output from my sound system which only has an AUX input. I have to say, the item exceeded my expectations.Not only does it hold up after so much usage, but the sound quality is quite excellent. I didn't expect it to be so good since it IS a converter afterall and not a direct line. But the stereo sound is clean and thick.I wouldn't say it's cheap, nor would I say it's overpriced. In fact I'd say you're getting your money's worth and then some.I've seen some customers leave bad reviews and that's really unfortunate that some people have recieved faulty units. I can only assume the manufacturer/ distributor is lacking in quality control, which is a real shame. (the chance of receiving a faulty item through Amazon is par for the course anyway)From my end, I can say I haven't had any issues. Definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Output not proved yet
When connected to Audio Input of my JVC DVD (in On position), the speaker system not working. This device is not tested yet for another speaker system.
