A wonderful book
A powerful way to influence people in a positive way is to catch people doing good. Instead of looking for problems, look for successes. Look for often overlooked, but critically important things that your peers, subordinates and managers do that make the work more effective and more enjoyable. This amazing book covers how to influence people and enhance your own ability to influence others no matter what situation you are in.The book touches on a core component of human interaction, building strong relationships. It is no wonder why. The author has explained ten unmistakable traits of the best influencers and 10 techniques of influencing people. I have bought the kindle version of the book and read it few times already. It is a wonderful source of knowledge, experience and techniques etc that makes this book an essential part of someone’s life who loves to influence others.Everything that we do hinges on our ability to connect with others and formulate deep relationships. You cannot sell a house, buy a house, advance in most careers, sell a product, pitch a story, teach a course, etc. without building healthy relationships. Managers get the best results from their teams, not through brute force, but to careful appeals to their sensibilities, occasional withdrawals from the reservoir of respect they’ve built. Using these tactics, they can influence others to excellence, to productivity, and to success. To influence people in a positive way, be authentic. Rather than being a carbon copy of someone else’s version of authenticity, uncover what it is that makes you unique.Discover your unique take on an issue and then live up to and honor that. Once of the reasons social media influencers are so powerful is that they have carved out a niche for themselves or taken a common issue and approached it from a novel or uncommon way. People instinctually appreciate people whose public persona matches their private values. To positively influence others, you must listen to what is spoken and what is left unsaid. Therein lies the explanation for what people need in order to feel validated, supported and seen. If a person feels they are invisible, and unseen by their superiors, they are less likely to be positively influenced by that person. Most people are predisposed to listen to, if not respect, authority. If you want to positively influence others, become an authority in the area in which you seek to lead others. Research and read everything you can about the given topic, and then look for opportunities to put your education into practice. Highly recommended to those who loves to influence others.

This book is good for those who don’t have a clear identity of themselves...
It was okay. I honestly was expecting a little bit more information but it was a good reading. I read the book in one day and I was left with that feeling that I already knew all the information I just read. This book is good for those who don’t have a clear identity of themselves... For those who still setting their goals through life. At the end of the day, we’re all influencers of some sort (or wanna be). The lesson I took from this book is that to influence others we must first influence ourselves through our thoughts and behaviors. Because if we can’t read our own mind & attitudes, how can we influence others to be their greatest self ???Effective communication starts from how we speak with ourselves, & if a individual miss this crucial part it will ruin the opportunity of channeling a single narrative, or bird eye the whole picture of what exactly is the power of influence.I think the author of this book missed the technique of “ How to read our minds & expectations before understanding other mindsets”.I guess I will get another book with that subject to complement what I learned from this one.

Very interesting and helpful
This is one of those books that everybody has heard of, plenty has made fun of, but few have ever read. Just as the title promises, this book will inspire you. Anyone who deals with other people should be advised to read this book. It offers powerful management and organizational skills lessons and is the best book I've ever come across on the subject. As you read each chapter of this book, you will think about how practical and tangible this material is, and your desire to read the next chapter will increase. You will feel that you have gained valuable practical knowledge, and as you gather the materials from each chapter, you will feel satisfied to lose your half-night sleep by reading “The Art of Influencing People” book. This book is a guide for you to know how to use your experiences so that creative thinking gives you the opportunity to increase your passion for the goal. and after some time you can achieve your goal to influence people and how to overcome other people's mind or to understand them by focusing on their body language or way of talking. For anyone, but particularly for those who are in control of a team, be it a corporation, a group of students, civic society or your own family, this book is an absolute must. This offers a lot of insight into how to deal with individuals. You will note that others will respond to you similarly when you apply the specific advice. This book can be considered a general book for a superficial and quick review, and for those who have not studied a specialized course in psychology and at the same time, want to read a scientific and comprehensible book in this field, it can be a good option. I am sure that you will notice the results of your studying after reading this book. ( of course, you need to read it a couple of times) but in the end, you will learn this beautiful Art and you can use it on an everyday basis to control people around you and to make the best decisions for yourself in the end. Aside from owning a copy and profusely researching it, my only suggestion is that you take it gradually and work for a longer period of time on each particular theory. Applying and practising each principle before moving on. Highly recommended!
