First: I do not get paid or receive anything for any of my reviews.For many years now I have owned the very best wheel style pizza cutter ( the RADA with the Aluminum handle Available @ Amazon.ca $17.00 ). The Rada pizza cutter slices through pizza with absolute ease but like all wheel style pizza cutters, even the Rada had a tendency to push all the filling ahead of the cutting wheel on occasion. It was simply time to try something different.I decided I would try this RSVP brand of pizza cutter mainly because I own the RSVP Endurance 3 qt colanders and it is positively the nicest looking and the best made colander you will ever own or buy in your lifetime. This pizza cutter works on a rocking motion. You simply place the edge of the cutter at one side / edge of the pizza and then make a downward rocking motion across the centre of the pizza to the other side. The cutter does not come razor sharp so some down force on the cutter itself is require as one would expect. I personally found the cutter was sharp enough but the crust of my pizza is always soft. I also use a wooden pizza peel / paddle made out of Ironwood ( beautiful brown hues of Acacia Hardwoods ) to cut my pizza on. It's available at Amazon.ca for $30.00 and will last your lifetime if you apply a light application of heavy mineral oil occasionally. The only oil to ever use on any wood surface that comes in contact with food.All surfaces ( even hardwoods ) will eventually dull the edge of any cutting device, but I personally find that synthetic plastic or nylon boards or pizza stones and especially bamboo surfaces will instantly and severely dull the edge of any cutting device. Thank goodness for the next super great kitchen tool that I'm about to introduce you to. If you desire a sharper edge on your RSVP pizza cutter or all your straight edge knifes at home, then I recommend that you purchase the easiest to use and the very best knife sharper you will ever own or buy. It is made by RADA ( photo attached and again available @ Amazon.ca for $10.00 and will last for decades ) Mine is 8 years old and I use it every day and it is still just like new. Pass this RSVP pizza cutter blade through this RADA sharpener a dozen times and you will be able to shave with it when your done. Seriously. Thats how great this little sharpener really is folks. Remember - only pull the cutting edge through the Rada sharpener in one direction ( from heel to toe - never a sawing motion ). Even the cheapest knife you own will be as sharp as a razor blade within a couple of minutes using this RADA sharpener.This pizza cutter is simply a rolled piece of stainless steel with a curved cutting edge. You can see in one of the photos that the rolled top does not tightly join where they connect. Insert a couple of stainless steel self tapping screws on the inside of any cupboard and you can use the gap in the rolled top to hang this product onto the screw heads and up out of the way if you have children. The rolled lip provides a very comfortable and super strong gripping area, and the chances of you ever cutting yourself are absolutely zero because you have to place both hands on this cutter to use it. The cutter is very lightweight and the stainless steel used in this cutter is a sufficient enough gauge / thickness that you will never bend it under normal conditions when cutting a pizza or cake or bread or pastries etc. It is not flimsy and it's not super stiff. It's just the correct gauge of stainless steel for it's intent.The RSVP Endurance pizza cutter is 256 grams in weight and is 13.75 inches long and 3.5 inches in depth and the diameter of the rolled top is 1 inch. A normal medium size pizza is 11 to 12 inches in diameter so this cutter fit my needs perfectly. There were several other similar styles of cutters available. Some were cheaper and some more costly with poly or hardwood handles. I elected on this model (A) because of the brand name and (B) this model is 100% Stainless Steel and there is not one other part on this cutter that can break or come loose or fall off or rust. There is a similar model available only on Amazon.com with a plastic edge guard. Both are identically the same product except for the edge guard but unfortunately it currently does not ship to Canada.I'm pleased to inform everyone that all the filling / topping on the pizza now stays exactly where it's suppose to and there is no more sawing back and forth across the cut lines. Three rocking motions / cuts and the pizza is cut to perfection into 6 pieces in seconds. Its super quick and easy to clean by hand ( or if you desire in the dishwasher ) and I simply lay it in the utensil drawer for storage ( flat side down ). As I previously stated, it will hang inside a cupboard but its not razor sharp and it would take a lot of stupidity to ever cut ones self on this device while it's in storage in the utensil drawer. Liked the stainless steel pan and its of good quality. Tried to make pizza using oven and used parchment paper to avoid pizza dough from sticking to the pan. Overall, it does the job well. With the side handles it is easy to remove from the pan. Easy to hand wash and no issues. We need to try again to see if we can get a good crust using this pan.

Fàcil de manejar, con el peso adecuado para cortar la pizza. Muy buena herramienta para cortar las pizzas de la mejor manera. Filo excelente.

Llegó bien empacado y en tiempo.El producto cumple perfectamente su objetivo, corta la pizza muy rápido y sin desacomodar los ingredientes. Excelente producto lo volvería a comprar!

Tengan cuidado por que no parece pero si es muy filosa, la usaré para cortar pizzas, ya que no funcionan muy bien las cortadoras circulares, es liviana y de material resistente.
