We already have 100+ degree heat index in Texas & it's only May. I bought this for my brother who works in a garden center & he said it ran great & made a huge difference in his heat tolerance.

I've used it only a few times, and despite accidentally dropping it, it still functions well. Quite durable! It's lightweight, features three speeds, and though a bit noisy, it's not noticeable in loud environments. The airflow direction can be a tad annoying near the ears over time, but in hot weather, it feels fantastic. Overall, I love it.

When I traveled to east Asia, I experienced a heat that I have never felt before. Temperatures at a minimum where 100 everyday. I wished I had this product. We are going to have a hot summer in the states, so I am so glad I bought this just before summer. The sound is not that loud which I like. Similar to white noise. Which I like. I was surprised that it is a wee bit heavy, not to say I would return..but it does have some weight to it. I would recommend.

The product was good and did cool you down but the battery life is not great. It expands very well so it may fall off your neck very easily. Not very useful outdoors, works better indoors. However, it stopped working a month after I purchased and I’m not sure of the reason. When I press the power button the blue light blinks.

I’m a bartender and I get hot FAST! & hate to be sweaty when I’m working with people so I put this around my neck and get to move hands free and it works soooo well! I wish it was a little less bulky and incognito but oh well. It’s better than being sweaty. Battery lasts pretty long and I always have it on the highest speed

She works outside in her garden and she’s not as young as she use to be and we thought this would be perfect for her while working outside

I have just gotten this, have only had it for a day. It is made of good materials, very soft. Cool air flows out of it, and cools me off, quickly. It says it has a cooling module in the motherboard, and that is a big plus. It isn't spewing hot air. I have not been in very hot weather inside my house, but outside it helped, and it was around 90 today. If I don't have my air conditioner on, it does get hot, so, I think this will give cool air, even when it is hot. Some of these neck fans on the market just give hot air. I think the cooling module on this one, makes a big difference.I have it on low tonight, and it is a lot of cool, for low. Low and med. work for me.I am hoping this lasts a while. The recharging is not long, and I own one of those extra outlets you plug into a standard wall outlet. It has regular outlets, and the wide slits that are for an adapter, or charging cord, such as the type in the box with the product. You can buy these extra outlets anywhere. Go to Target, Amazon, Staples, any big box store. It just gives you a lot of different outlets, for different devices. Just plug that into your wall outlet, and the thin end look of the charging cord (plugging the other end into the neck fan) into it. Look for the thin, wide opening on te extra outlet. Plug in. And, look for the spot on the neck fan with the plug in area, this is on the bottom side where there are no openings for air. You can also use the phone charger that came with your cell phone. They can be used in a standard wall outlet. it is good to have the extra wall outlet, though, just in case you need to plug something in that can't plug into your wall outlet.There were a few people who didn't seem to know where to plug in, or why it wasn't working with the regular wall outlet, so I thought maybe I could describe it a little. We charge this for 8 hrs and it lasts only for 10 minutes. Useless product never ever think to buy this product

Bought this on the 12th of February and got it the next day. One side burnt out on the 15th of March and the place I bought it from refused to give me a refund. Not happy Jan. 😒

Charges relatively quickly. Only comes with a USB C cable so you need to find your own charger. The air from the fan is really only useful at the highest setting - so the effective battery life is about 2 hours. This was my first portable neck fan due to the surging heat wave and it has been helpful as the temperature here only goes up like housing prices. It is also lightweight. After using for a few weeks, something came loose in it so I can hear rattling if I shake it. I have since went on to buy another neck fan with longer battery life, about 3x the battery life of this one so I can just use it without having to ration the battery before it runs flat.

not useful at all. The direction of air throw is very poorly designed. It will not throw air on your face. The air is thrown away from the face when hanged in neck.So their is no point in buying this product.

Good concept however Unit is quite under powered for my liking
