Poorly made
You must insert rods into the corners of the hamper for it to keep its proper shape. One of the rods would not go all the way in. There are little Velcro tabs that cover the tops of the rods to keep them in place. Only three of the Velcro pieces will cover the end of the rods. The channel for the rods on the last corner must be made too short. So it doesn’t sit properly. Consequently, it looks cheap and tacky. I do not recommend this product.

Metal rods are not a perfect fit.
Poor quality control. It was such a struggle to get the metal rods into some of the slots.

Would not buy again
Was hoping it would be more sturdy. The poles that you have to install to hold up the sides won’t fit down all the way to they stick up at the top. Thinking of using this for her dirty clothes in her closet so it’s hidden and not seen bc it just looks sloppy.

Not a good laundry basket
The rods do not fit where you can close the tabs . The rods are always exposed.
