It fitted perfectly for the purpose of use in a church. I like the fineness of the edges and surface size. It is firm and not too cumbersome to carry. The assembling was also not too difficult. Is very nice. If future product designs can have additional surface beneath to put something on, that will add more variety!

I have a ministry on Facebook and needed a pulpit. It looks great and it was easy to assemble. Glad I got this one.

We ordered this lectern for our church. It's well-made, simple, and accomplishes the transparent visual we were hoping for without being too obviously modern. The glass top is a nice upgrade from other acrylic lecterns, and the base/poles are sturdy. I'm not worried about this lectern falling over or failing at all. The size of the lectern is also perfect--space enough for a Bible and notes. A couple areas for improvement: First, there's no clear way to mount a lectern mic. You can't easily cut a hole in glass, and most mic clamps don't accommodate a thin lectern surface. We managed to find a clamp that just barely fits the poles and attached a mount for the lectern mic which then bends around the glass top. It ended up working without looking out-of-place, but took quite a bit of work and research to figure out. Second, the lip attached to the class top is too short. I have to make sure papers are perfectly flat in order for them to not slide off. Third, it's rather short at the edges. Rounded corners would have been preferred to avoid scratches to books that brush against the corner of the metal lip. Fourth, a coordinating water stand would be nice, but we were able to find something that worked on Amazon. Aside from these areas for improvement, this lectern is great. No regrets here.!

I love it & Look Just Like The Picture.

I bought this podium for the modern look. But honestly, the company that makes and packages this podium did a horrible job. Number one, the instructions are worthless. It's a sheet with pictures on it and no written explanation for putting it together. I thought it would be an easy assembly. Boy was I mistaken. Number two, the packaging for shipping was subpar. Although it looked like it was securely placed and protected, the lip to hold your Bible, notes, laptop, etc., was not attached when I opened the interior box housing the glass top. They fastened it with some cheap two way tape that came undone, and fortunately the lip was made out of some kind of rubber. Being sort of a handyman, I was able to salvage it by using crazy glue to place it back on the glass top securely. Thirdly, the poles that are supposed to hold up the glass top were not designed very well. The glass top has two attached pieces that are supposed to fit snugly into the poles and then tightened with an allen wrench using two very little screws that are not capable of fastening the top in place securely. I will have to go to the hardware store and purchase a bolts with an allen wrench head to ensure that it doesn't move when put into the poles. All in all, the podium is beautiful when put together, but not an item that I can give a good recommendation on based on the poor manufacturing.

I like this podium. We use it as a pulpit in church. What would make it a 5 star product? First, the top piece of the podium isn't as secure as I hoped. Second, the lip that holds things in place on the podium surface is a bit sharp to the touch. If these two things were resolved, it would be a 5 star.

The podium has a good appearance - but the ledge at the bottom things is way too thin...only about 1/2 inch lip on it. If you have a folder or multiple pages of notes...it's likely going to just slide right off. Trying to rig something up with it so it will acdtually hold my papers. Not real pleased with it. Also the tempered glass...shows fingerprints like crazy. Wouldn't buy again.
