Bands are not rated 10 lbs more like 7 lbs
First problem was it took forever to be delivered. Than on my fisrt workoutI noticed the bands are not really 10 lbs more like 7 lbs. I will be able touse them just have to adjust my use. I was thinking of ordering the 25 lb.bands but would like to know what they are rated. If there is a way to getthat information before I order them that would help me greatly.ThanksBill Pouelson
