Salt Lake City Chef's Table: Extraordinary Recipes from The Crossroads of the West

I ordered this for a friend of mine that loves to cook. She has prepared a few of the recipes and they turned out fantastic. Now, she wants to go to Salt Lake City to visit some of these restaurants. I lived in Salt Lake City for more than 20 years and I have to say this book represents some of the very best restaurants there.

I’m obsessed with this cookbook! Coming from a total foodie obsessed home cook, I was so excited to see so many awesome and cherished recipes from notable restaurants! I sat down and read it like a novel! I love it. I wish for a volune 2!

This beautiful, well-written cookbook is filled with beautiful pictures, tales and popular recipes from some of my favorite restaurants in Salt Lake. If you live in Utah and have been fortunate enough to eat at these restaurants, or even if you haven't and just love great recipes, you'll be glad you bought this book.
