SIMIEN Pain Relief Cream

I have hip and back pain and stiffness from a lifetime of sports and martial arts. I'm 34 and I suffered a bulging disc in my L5-S1 low back a few years ago which causes this pain. I've gone all natural (yoga, massage, physical therapy, rolfing, ART, decompression, etc.) in recovery instead of surgery because surgery on this issue is very intense with mixed results. I am usually sore and stiff every morning so I apply about a quarter size dab of Simien on my back and hips and this loosens up the area in about a minute and will last all day. I highly recommend trying this product for pain and inflammation.

I am a plantar fasciitis sufferer plus accessory navicular and os trigonum syndrome. I’ve done the painful cortisone injections at least 3 times in both feet. I’ll never do again since I got my hands on this stuff. It has worked wonderfully in alleviating my foot pain when applied and massaged into the area. After a while, I’ve been using it for the tendonitis I’ve developed from playing first-person shooters on my gaming console and, believe it or not, works great for tension headaches. As a migraine sufferer, I take medication for this anyway, but when I don’t have it handy, I’ll rub this into my temples and along my neck starting at the base of the skull down. It’s amazing how well this works for all kinds of pain. I’ve had the same jar of simien for the last couple of years since a little bit goes a long away.

It helps relieve pain and is very soothing. The smell is a bit strong with the menthol but it helps the pain and swelling. Great customer service

I bought this hoping maybe it would be the magic bullet other than psychotropic drugs to treat migraines. While it isn't the cure-all, if I have a headache I slather it on and it takes care of it. I have a tub in the fridge at work for just such occasions and often don't even have to resort tomy drug of choice: Alka Seltzer. I would highly recommend it.

Put this on my shoulder a couple of times a day and took 1 Alleve per day and the pain disappeared!
