This product works if you follow the directions. Removes food and other scum buildup in your drains and pipes. Food residue scum is what drain flies breed in. If drain flies show up I pull this stuff out and they’re gone within a couple days of treating the sinks.

This definitely works, but I was also running boiling water with baking soda ( and poured vinegar in separately into the sink at the same time as the water and baking soda) down the drain every 3 days. Poured this in on alternating days and saw drain flies disappear. Need to do every few weeks.

I put this in 3 sinks, a floor drain and 2 showers. It stained my bathroom sink and I had to scrub it with a miracle sponge for 5 min. to get it off. However, it stained a shower base in my basement and it won't come off!

Drain flies still annoying! 24 hours later, bugs still flying around us.

Bought this after trying another brand that did not work. It took a little over a week, of adding this every day after my shower, but finally the drain flies were all gone.

Worked really well in getting rid of fruit flies.
