I was wary, yet hopeful, when I ordered this pan. I had been monitoring silicone donut pans on Amazon for about a year. I've had good results with other silicone bakeware so I felt silicone was the best bet for a donut pan. I had decided I wanted a pan that made full size donuts but most of them made nine, not twelve, donuts. When I saw this pan I knew it was time to purchase.I didn't have any gluten-free flour when I 'needed' to have donuts so I used a gf cake mix. Of course, the donuts were of a lighter consistency than a true donut would be but they still tasted good! Since all the reviews I'd read on other silicone donut pans said the donuts stuck to the pan, I followed the suggestions and greased the pan with margarine. I allowed the donuts to almost cool (I couldn't wait any longer) and they came out cleanly. The trick is to push up from the bottom of the donut, then push down on the center column. The pan cleaned well. The only mark against this product, in my opinion, is that it was made in China.

The recipe doesn't tell you how many the ingredient list will make. I followed it perfectly but had to cook the donuts 23 minutes. Had I only filled the cups 1/4 to 1/2 full maybe the time noted would have worked. Also the top of the donut was sticky so it needs a topping (i.e. powdered sugar, sugar or a glaze). The donuts aren't brown and didn't want to put in broiler to brown up. Next time will remove donuts from the silicone pan, put them on cookie sheet and broil for 1 minute. Anyone else have any recommendations. Love the non stick silicone pan. Easy clean up.

First donut pan - I decided to try the silicone, though everything else I have is professional bakeware or much older and heavier duty items. While it is attractive and cleans up easily, the donuts tended to stick. I am not sure if this was due to the nature of the batter I used or the pan, but it was near impossible to get them out without damage. I waited and allowed them to cool further, hoping it would create enough shrinkage to pull them out safely, but no dice. Very frustrating.

I have only used this pan once so we will see how it stands up to the test of time, but working with this donut pan was an enjoyable experience. There was no sticking and the donuts popped right out after a few minutes of cooling. I did spray the wells first with a little coconut oil. The pans cleaned up nicely. The pan is not firm like a metal one would be, but to me that was entirely expected.At this point, I would recommend this pan over any metal version as I have found non stick coatings to be less then ideal, the pans tend to rust, and be difficult to clean.

I really like this mold. It worked out great with the donuts I made. It is very heavy silicone and should hold up nicely. My recipe only made 9 and I had already sprayed all the cavities with coconut spay. Well that is not advisable.. The coconut oil on the 3 that didn't have batter in started smoking and set off the fire detectors. Don't advise doing that. LOL The pan arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Will buy from this company again. Plus this company emailed several donut recipes with were very nice. I really want to thank them..

I purchased this item with the intent of using it mainly for bagels. My process utilizes three steps for the cooking and baking process and it turns out that the silicone pan is not conducive to that process. The silicone pan is great for maintaining a consistent size bagel and my son has used it for cake donuts. The cake donuts turned out great.

Very good, works wonderfully for baking donuts; great quality material quality. A little problem with handling to put in oven; felt like pan was about to fold in half - not used to silicone so pretty sure it was operator error. Donuts pop right out and wash up is easy.

very nice pan. My cauliflower got a little stuck but it all worked out. I also thought these were full sized bagels. I think they are smaller than that. But the silicone bagel mold works very well. I like it!
