I love this little counter top oven. It cooks evely and true to expectation, the rotisserie works exactly like it is supposed to, makes cooking so much fast and so much easier. The LCD screen is easy to use, easy to clean and easy to navigate. The little instruction manual comes with some recipes and some general cookjing guides on reccommended cooking conditions of foods like vegetables , meats etc. It's not too heavy not cumebrsome to clean. I WILL be buying again should The one I have ever break. I have had it for 2+ years , working perfectly.

I have the smaller unit, and so far I've used it to make toast and broil delicious chicken with yams.I bought this unit because my regular oven is broken. I want to occasionally make roasts, maybe bake cookies. etc. I already have a dedicated air fryer, that I use pretty often as well.The good:* It's perfectly-sized IMO. It can fit a small chicken on the pan. You can make toast, bake things, air-fry things for an entire family.* It has various modes of operation, e.g.: rotisserie, toast, bagel, bake. All are already saved with proper times and temperatures. You can adjust the suggested times and temperatures as well.* It has a light! Most toasters do not. It also beeps when the food is done, and has a digital countdown clock rather than a wind-up mechanism.* It cooks things very fast! Lots of flavor and juices, while the apartment remains cool.The not-so-good.* The rotisserie option is probably useless for most people. If you are thinking of cooking rotisserie chicken, think about getting the larger unit.* The options are slightly confusing at first, because you seem to need to press "start" multiple times. I'm sure it's user error, but could have been more intuitive.* They should have offered a deeper pan. When cooking the chicken, the pan almost overflowed with juices/fat. So something slightly deeper would have been better. Otherwise, use a baster to suck up extra juice.* If you want to mostly air fry food, then you should instead get a dedicated air fryer get the vertical unit instead. It's simply easier to cook with a dedicated air frer: you can shake things around, and easily dump the food onto the plate.* The bottom of the oven does not open up on a hinge like most toasters do. Even with the drip pan, there will be crumbs that will find their way to the bottom of this oven. It'd be a lot easier to cook if you could just separate the bottom from the unit and shake out the crumbs.Despite some cons, this is a great unit. Consider buying this rather than a microwave + convection oven. It's small but mighty.PS: I have an automatic coffee maker with a built-in coffee grinder by Gevi as well, and it's still running great after a year and a half.

I liked the easy use of this appliance and was thrilled with the results the first time I used it. I liked that it had accessories and rotisserie feature and many other features I could use also. Unfortunately, my air fryer did not come with the rotisserie forks, everything else they show was in the box. I purchased it I believe in November and have called their customer service and contacted Amazon and have not heard from any of these contacts.... I know it is the holidays but, it now after Christmas and still waiting to hear. they say they are available to help but I am not experiencing this at all. My second call to the company I left a detailed message and my email plus phone number.... What does it take to get HELP!!! Would like to add to this review the fact that after a lot of emailing, calling etc., I finally got in touch with the Gevi website and they instructed me to search the Styrofoam in the box. the bottom piece which was stuck in the box, my son raised it up some and ran his hand around the edge of it and there was the rotisserie forks!!! Glad I still had the box and the product is well worth the cost and just glad I got some help. But it was a great deal work to get a response. I also think they should include written recipes to make with this air fryer. Seems like a friendly thing to do and helpful in getting started. Just wanted everyone to know about the solution to my problem.

Great product , very easy to use, select option, temp and time, push start. Toast’s wonderfully and evenly on both sides. It gets warm on the sides and top but hot in the back so have some space. Comes with a rotisserie, basket, rack, drip pan and an accessory to pick up the rotisserie out of the oven. It is easier and more economical to run then our regular convection , and faster too! The oven itself feels light weight, almost cheap but be assured it’s well made. The only thing I don’t like is the spikes that hold the chicken rotisserie is made of stamped metal. Customer services is exceptionally good. We had received a lightly dented drip pan and the sent us a whole new oven, a bit of an over kill but they wanted to make sure we are happy with it and we are! I’ve read some bad reviews but I can’t say how much that we are extremely happy with this!George Chase

I rarely write reviews but when I come across a product that exceeds my expectations, I just have to say how much I love it! First of all, this oven is perfect for a small household, it heats up fast and cooks food ultra fast as well! I love baking phyllo dough cheese pastries which I buy frozen from my local grocery store, and normally it takes me about 30 minutes to bake once the pastry has been thawed. Not with this little oven! I decided to experiment and put the pastry in frozen as it was and I turned on the oven to bake it. In 20 minutes (including pre-heat time) the pastry was fully cooked! I just couldn't believe it! Then I tried the same with Japanese gyoza and Polish potato pierogis. I got the same consistently quick results again. I'm so pleased with this oven that I will never go back to my regular oven now. This little one makes my life so much easier and I just love, love, love it so much!

When cooking at higher temperatures this will get condensation and shut off. Also glitches and won't let you select an option and you have to unplug it and pray when you plug it back it it will work. This was after the 3rd time using it as well and we were just reheating food.
