My left knee has been a mess for nearly 10yrs after a bad fall. I had minor surgery to clean out my knee, which stopped it from giving way, but has done nothing for the pain or swelling.I’ve multiple knee supports/braces; various pull on and Velcro ones. The pull on ones are more comfortable, but have limited support and the Velcro ones are bulky, very uncomfortable, but are more supportive. Neither type I use regularly due to my issues with them.Somehow, my knee has flared up badly recently and I turned to Amazon for help. I didn’t search for long, I actually found this on the first page of my search. I liked it as it was a slip on and the gel padding around the knee, but the main point was the two springs, one for either side of your knee. When I bend my knee I really struggle to get up due to sheer pain.Fast forward; as soon as it arrived I noticed the springs inside are sewn in. I’m pleased as I don’t want to have to remove for washing. I also noticed it’s covered in what appears to be suede or something equally durable and soft. Straight away I realised it is well made.I quickly put it on and it was extremely easy to pull on. I ordered a size medium, my measurements were on the low end of the size for medium, but it’s a perfect fit.It’s extremely soft and comfortable, nothing digging in or itchy. You can immediately feel the support, without restriction.I tested it out with a little walk and bending at the knee. As I previously mentioned, I struggle to get up normally, but the support was a huge help. Getting up was easier and less painful. I think the springs help with the motion of getting up, as they are trying to straighten.It was a busy day doing jobs about the house and I was able to do more as I didn’t need to sit due to the pain.Before bed when I removed it, I immediately noticed my knee was actually smaller than my good knee, instead of looking like a ballon. I also noticed my knee wasn’t in agony. I often struggle to sleep with knee pain, but I’ve not had that trouble since I’ve been wearing it. I still have pain, but not agonising.I’ve been wearing it every day and it’s honestly made life better. I can do more, go further and I’m not close to tears with pain. I’m actually going to purchase another, so I always have one, whilst the other is getting washed.I forgot to mention the gel filled support around the knee cap. The gel is facing out, but it does stabilise the knee cap slightly. It’s a godsend when bending and putting weight on your knee; something I generally avoid due to pain. The gel ring actually takes some pressure of the knee and alleviates some pain.I’m extremely happy and very grateful to have found this. I wish I’d discovered it years ago. I can’t recommend it highly enough, if you have knee problems, give this a try.I’ve obviously a serious issue which needs a doctor and this support won’t cure me, however if you’ve an injury or overuse, this could really help your knee recovery faster and with less pain.Colour & under clothing: I wear a stoma bag which were mainly flesh colour, ugly! Ted Baker the designer, has helped redesign and grey is the colour you need under any colour clothing, not nude. Grey is actually camouflaged better. This support is the best colour to own. I wear skinny jeans etc and although this is a slip on, it’s unfortunately slightly visible through clothing. It’s only the gel circle over the knee that protrudes, but it’s nothing major. No one would notice unless you point it out. It’s honestly not an issue.A humongous thank you 🙏🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Over the years I have tried many knee supports to get some relief from the effects of an old rugby-related injury. Usually they help a little but have no lasting effect. This one has been much much better. It seems to hold things in place very well, and I no longer feel like my knee is going to give way when I climb stairs.

Good quality material. Soft and eady to put on. Only sad problem it kept rolling down from the top making it uncomfortable, hence the return.

To big, should get a smaller size than usual.

Very supportive. Makes climbing steps a lot easier

Have sworn by this type of knee support over last 5 years. Have 3 of them now. I have tried lots of other knee supports and none measure up to this one

Bought for husband when his knee was very sore. It helped him massively to walk in comfort and be able to walk the dog.

The product is completely useless and non functional as the width of both ends are the same. It should be smaller at one end as thighs are bigger and legs are skinnier. Because of mindless design the product slips down after walking few steps despite being so tight on the thighs.
