Nice idea, but process to play song is cumbersome
The product itself is nicely done and made for a nice Valentine's gift. The picture is a bit smaller on the actual product, than it appears in the online product description. However, the main reason for the "3-star" rating is that the process to play the song itself using the embedded barcode is very cumbersome. I thought that she'd just have to point her phone's camera at the barcode and the song would play on Spotify. However, that is not the case. To play the selected song, you have to open the Spotify app, go to "search", then open the "camera" option, then hold the phone over the barcode until it recognizes the barcode, and then the song plays. This is a whole lot of extra steps...it's easier to just open Spotify, select the "search" icon and type in the song. But, again, it's a nice idea/gift that elicited a smile and therefore achieved its main objective.

Good idea, poor execution
Pros - good idea and fast shippingCons - when I opened the package it came with gift box to put the item in. The box was crushed and ripped at the seams. The plaque itself was very scratched / scuffed. Looks like someone took a scrap piece of plastic that was laying around and added a picture and spotify scan code. Also, if you don't have a premium spotify account, when you scan the plaque, it brings up the song it is supposed to play, but has multiple adds and plays other songs before it gets to the one that is supposed to play.

My daughter loves the idea of this and got it for her best friend for Christmas however she used a picture collage I wish they would’ve been some kind of an error message that said it would not come out good Or to use a single image because he literally could not make out any of the pictures it came out very very dark and the original collage was not like that…. We did reach out to the company and they did refund which we appreciated

Piece of CRAP!!!
Only left one star because theres no option for ZERO STARS!! Ordered the customizable Spotify fridge magnet as a gift. Straight from the box, the item never worked..not even once!! Being that they are non- returnable items, seems like a complete money making SCAM!!!
