Directions For Use: Before Heavy Workouts: A brisk rub with Dynamint Equine over the haunches, legs and stifle area reduces warm-up time and reduces the chances of muscle and joint strain. After Workouts As A Leg Brace: Simply massage a generous amount of the balm around the knee area and bandage as a brace. For Swelling Reduction: Apply a generous amount of Dynamint Equine to the affected area. If swelling is below the knee or hock of the horse, cold hose the area for 20 minutes then massage a generous amount of Dynamint Equine into the swollen area, wrap with medium pressure using a cotton pad and cotton polo wrap. Repeat twice daily. As A Daily Treatment: Mix 1 part Dynamint Equine to 10 parts water in a spray bottle and spray all over the horse (making sure not to get it in the eyes). This will help prevent saddle soreness and keep the muscles supple. This method of use is also an effective fly repellent. Works ok!
It works, but doesnt last very long. But it does take away the tension for a little while. I would give it a five if it lasted longer.

Dynamint is the best
I get cramps in my feet and legs and the warmth and mint helps to rid myself of the pain they induce.My 85 year old father uses it to relieve pain in his back and shoulders. It gives me relieve without burning my skin that has happened with other products. Thanks Amazon.com for having this product available .

Try it you will love it
I am 68 and have used this product on my muscles since I gained employment at a Target Store 4 years ago. Equine Leg & Muscle Rubhelps get me through many very physical 40 hour weeks of lifting, pushing, bending and walking. I now have my 78 year old husbandhooked on Equine for his muscle pain. I am so pleased that the horses don't mind sharing.

Healing Warmth
Moments after you rub Equine to your sore muscles, you feel its healing warmth rush to give you a delicious comfort. The next day your muscles feel wonderful. Since my first purchase less than a year ago, I have bought three more bottles to give to my sisters who also have benifitted from regular use. It is a wonderful product.
