Anmire Progressively Louder Wakey Digital Alarm Clock, Silent with Sensor Light + Night Light Repeating Snooze Date Temperature 5.4" Large LCD Display-Black

Something is very wrong with this alarm. I have only had it a few weeks and I'm having major issues with it. I put in brand new batteries so I know that's not the problem. Last week, one morning, it didn't go off at all. I woke up (45 minutes late) only to see the ZZZZ still displaying (eaning alarm was definitely set). I then confirmed I had everything set properly as far as A.M for my alarm set time - and that the regular clock time was also right. Everything was set properly, but the alarm did NOT go off. The next day, it worked. Don't ask me why. Then, last night, I was getting ready to go to sleep and had set the alarm again - and double-checked current time was correct, etc., then I picked up the alarm to move it over on the nightstand and suddenly, for NO apparent reason, the alarm time changed itself to MIDNIGHT (when it was only around 9:00 PM in actuality). Also, the alarm magically changed itself from 5:50 AM to 6:00 AM. Whaaaat???? This thing is crazy. Only works when it wants. I so distrust this thing now that I set my iPhone alarm as a back up. The only reason why I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because when the alarm does work, it is VERY LOUD, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, this clock is as cheap as they come and well, I guess you get what you pay for! Disappointed. I now have to shop for another clock. I never even saved the packaging so I can't return it. :(

Great clock for the price payed. Infact it's really great.Time,alarm,date and cherry on cake is the temperature. Its the best thing one can get in $7.One slight space for improvement is, the background and foreground both are dark. So sometimes looking at time is tough. (See my first picture)Clock also has a light sensor at the top. Which you can turn on or off by a button on back.If sensor is on then watch turns the background a bit lighter. "(See second picture, I placed a card at top so sensor brightened the background a bit).Sensor turns brightness good in dark room. (See third picture)If you press button at top then background brightness a lot for a short time, 30 seconds I believe .( see fourth picture)So keep the sensor on and enjoy.Also remember clock requires 3 AAA 1.5 volt batteries. Nothing comes with watch. So its better to order from amazon.

I bought this as a first alarm for my son. I wanted something easy to use and understand so that my son could quickly learn to become responsible for waking up on his own in the mornings. This worked very well. Large screen that is easily backlit for telling time in the dark. Controls on the back that change time & alarm settings. Nothing complex, yet perfectly functional. It definitely did the job.

I love this clock...It was hard to find a battery operated clock with a dimmer light....bought 4 different clocks from Walmart but returned them all because the dimmer was too dim or too bright and 2 were not battery operated. I was ecstatic to find this one that met all my needs...It came in various colours but I prefer the blue one and the price was right....

The clock is very easy to set up and use, but unless I standing right in front of the table where it is sitting, I can't see the numbers when the light is on. I have it on a table a few feet from my bed, and I can't see the numbers at all when laying in bed. You have to be above the clock in order to read it, which just isn't practical for most people who are using it while laying down.

This clock looks great but always runs fast. No matter how often we change the batteries, it always ends up being a few minutes fast within a week of adjusting the time. I’ve given up on it but sometimes my husband will change it. The worst it’s gotten was over ten minutes fast. I wouldn’t recommend it. I like everything else about it but if it doesn’t tell time accurately, it’s not much a clock.

I was looking for an alarm that didn't produce a ton of light in the room at night. This was brighter than any other alarm clock I've ever had. In addition the battery life is short... Already dimming because the batteries have been used.

Not worth the 10 bucks. The backlight stayed on and drained the battery. The numbers on the display couldn't be seen looking straight at it. Had to tilt it to see the numbers.
