MMG Lithium Motorcycle Battery YTZ5S Replacement for Honda Grom MSX125 and Kawasaki Z125 (MMG1)

I have a 2014 Triumph Street Triple R motorcycle and started having some discharge issues with the stock battery if the bike sat for any length of time. This battery is much better than the traditional stock battery. I noticed an immediate difference vs. stock battery upon startup. Even when my stock battery was in good shape there was always a little hesitation upon start-up. With this battery there is no startup hesitation-it's immediate and much stronger and smoother. My primary reason for buying it was for the longer discharge cycle lithium technology offers but the weight savings is nice and I was surprised I could actually tell the difference within minutes on the first ride during low speed maneuvers and when transitioning. I wasn't really expecting that. The charge status LED on the battery is a really nice feature to have as well as the provided plastic spacer blocks to aid in securing the battery. Seems well built and overall, for the price, cranking power and features vs. the competition from Battery Tender or Shorai I was very pleased with the performance of this battery. There were not many reviews of for this battery when I was shopping but decided to take a chance on it and if it continues to hold up reliably we'll have a winner and I'll continue to recommend it.

Great battery but make sure to treat it properly. Its not a normal battery and needs special charging. Do not let the battery drain. And do not try to start on a dead battery, voltage sag can cause damage to the lipo pack.

I am blown away!! I just got off the phone with Amazon Support. I purchased 3 Batteries from Powersports Depot through their Amazon Store. All Batteries were dead and useless within a few months after purchase. I located the Manufacturer Modcycles in Florida who claimed that their batteries should last at least 5 to 6 years. But at the same time, they state that they will not warranty anything as this is the dealer's (Powersport Depots) obligation. I located a phone number for Powersports Depot and called multiple times over several days, leaving messages, without any callback. Amazon states there is nothing they can do. I brought to their attention that this battery and this seller have over 11% reviews that all deal with the same issue/problem without any recourse for the customer. And of course, they are deeply sorry and really understand my frustration.....but they are not going to do anything about it....So think about that before you buy anything form these folks...

Very light and small compared to the lead acid battery I replaced! I got my kids a new Polaris outlaw four wheeler this year and the new battery was leaking all over the chain and swing arm. So I decided to try one of these batteries out and it has worked great. No more leaking. It’s a lot smaller so I had to invent some spacers to fill up the battery box but it’s started every time and my kids stop and start a lot!

Used for my TBR 7. Surprisingly less weight compared to junk stock battery. Much smaller though. Double check measurements, but also comes with spongy spacers.

This is the 4th battery from this brand that I've killed. They don't last in the heat of the garage in Arizona. Make sure to keep them on a tickle charger otherwise if they drain out completly they won't recharge.

Non ha abbastanza spunto per accendere senza problemi il mio swm 500 monocilindrico. Adatto a scooter di piccola / media cilindrata, comunque motori a bassa compressione che non necessitano di un forte spunto.
