This product was even better than expected and my daughter has used it more then I expected

These are legit Kbands and work just like I would expect. The kid isn't super stoked about using them, since they make jumps harder; but they do improve her strength and range.

The bands are great. I wish the dvd was more of a follow along workout rather than what it is which is a tutorial that shows very quickly various exercises to use with the bands
