Great knife.
Arrived very sharp ready to use with simple care instructions. Its not stainless. So you must hand wash and apply and kind of food grade oil to prevent rust. I use crisco spray or olive oil spray that i wipe off before chopping. The price was good. Good size grip fits my large hands well.

Best General-Purpose Knife, IMHO
The best general-purpose knife I've ever used, and I've used quite a few high-end ones! The RIGHT size, the right weight, the RIGHT thickness, the RIGHT handle, and high carbon hardness as well. Easy to wipe dry after use. AND it was relatively inexpensive!

Buen cuchillo
Cuchillo de calidad y que de nuevo, por lo menos, corta muchísimo. Habrá que ver cómo evoluciona ese filo. Lo recomiendo.
