It helps a lot if you, like me, have trouble to fall asleep. It definitely helped me. I dont take it every day and is not addictive. I had a surgery in my knee 9 months ago and they gave me medicine for pain and those were the best because it would knock me down in seconds. However, obviously I can't keep taking opioids but this option by Amazon has the same effect without being a heavy drug like the one you take after surgery. Recommend.
