STP Diesel Fuel Treatment and Injector Cleaner (236 ml), 200559J

I used this on my 2017 Vento TDi which has done 23k kms. I added this to my tank after filling up 40L of fuel. My observations are as follows :- The effects were noticeable only after driving about 150 KMs.- The engine sure had become smoother than before.- The car accelerated with less resistance thus giving an impression of increased pick-up. "It pulls cleaner" is what struck my mind while experiencing the change.- Idle sound after engine warm-up decreased noticeably.- Engine sound while driving under normal acceleration or at constant speeds, had come down by a huge level. There was barely any engine sound when not accelerating.- No black smoke in rear view mirror under hard acceleration. (It was present before using the additive)- Knocking sound in lower gears in low speeds decreased.- Didn't check mileage, so can't comment about the same.Conclusion : Worth the purchase. Gives a smooth drive and pulls cleaner. When driven sedately, the sound of engine is barely audible.

After using STP diesel Fuel treatment I noticed :1. Considerable reduction in the NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) levels, specially Honda diesel cars which scream inside cabin. This is the main effect I got from this additive.2. Effect on mileage is marginal, I was getting a healthy mileage even before adding this.3. Pick up and throttle response is improved a bit.4. No smoke issues.5. Safe on catalytic converters.I recommend adding this to 3/4th filled fuel tank. ( i. e. If your car tank capacity is 40lts then mix it with 30lts of fuel) for better effects.Effect will be felt after few kms of driving. In fact You will better feel it in next day driving.Effects will last up to 4000 kms.Don't use it too much. It can cause build ups if using it very often.Use it when you think the engine needs it (like poor mileage, pick up, NVH increment, lagging etc.)I generally bought it in deal times at a very lower cost @Rs. 252/-.Rest is drive sensibly, don't race, follow rules, seat belts blah blah....Happy driving guys.

I have used this product in the past and was happy with the results but this time I used this at 85k kms. I was preparing a long journey of 450kms in a single stretch. Filled up my tank so total diesel in tak was 45 litres and used 1 bottle of this Fuel Treatment and I was able to notice the difference just after 20-30 kms. I covered the same journey 10 days ago and my engine RPM's were reaching 2500-3000 between 130-140 KMPH and Mileage was 19 but this time there was a drop in RPM and mileage was 20. Same speeds can be achieved with 2000-2500 RPM. I also noticed a improvement in pickup and engine noise.Will definately recommend it.

My Honda City had run 79K kms. Never done any injector cleaning ,even though once at 40k service the SVC tried to push it down my throat and I flatly refused saying it is not mentioned in the service manual. Its a 2014 model which is slightly noisier than current city which has better soundproofing. All my services were always done at Honda. Since the car was approaching 80K service i thought I might as well try the STP. After adding it , the car has run app 200 kms. So far the only difference I found is the slightly lower noise from Engine. Pick up is the same. Mileage i have to wait for the car to empty atleast half tank to comment. Could be my injectors are cleaner as I put fuel only from Company owned pumps.Will update on the mileage after a week or so.Update after running full tank with STP - covered 492 kmsThe engine noise has come down a little, pick up is the same...There is absolutely no change in the mileage. I regularly used to get 15 to 17 kms/ ltr in city and 23 to 25 in long distance. I am a sedate driver. The mileage after using one bottle in full tank is the same.

Engine Noise: The first and obvious change i noticed was engine noise, pleasantly surprised that i noticed the change within 1 hour of using the productExhaust Smoke. Go for the product but don't expect drastic change in mileage. Good to reduce engine noise and exhaust smoke
