so I'm very pleased. However
The "amerigap T52" meant to work with Fisher - Paykel 2-drawer dishwashers did completely solve the drainage problem with the dishwasher. We've been using it for about a year and the problem has not recurred, so I'm very pleased. However, when ordering be aware that there are two different products meant for two different non-interchangeable purposes which are both identified as "amerigap T52". I can't imagine why anyone would use the same product identifier for two different products. But they did, so be careful that you order the kind you need.

Excellent quality.
I didn't actually use this one, it turned out I needed a different model, but since it is otherwise the same, I figured that I would give it a rating. We ended up needing the twin inlet ports for dishwasher and reverse osmosis, but the quality is excellent so I have no reason to believe this would be any different. Just make sure you pick the right one or else you will be doing what I did, buy both to return the one you don't needs.

Fixed backflow issue with Fisher Paykel dishwasher
Bought and used in a kitchen sink for a Fisher Paykel double drawer dishwasher. Install was a breeze seemed to be good quality.Worked like a charm for removing back flowing water from a disposal.

This has a chrome cap that does not match color of stainless sink but function is excellent.Does the manufacturer offer different color vemt caps?
