Encyclopedia of History that was never taught in India
I was born and raised in India and was taught History in textbooks that was always in conflict with what my grandmother told me to be the facts. This was specifically true when it came to relationship between Hindu and Muslim communities and the role that Britishers played during the freedom struggle. There was a dissonance that did not get resolved till I read this book. The book is about the history of India that was never taught in the schools. For the first time, I felt that I now know the true history of India. I will not go into details of the historical incidents described in great detail in the book, but I believe that bringing out TRUTH will lead to better understanding amongst the two religious groups in India leading to RECONCILIATION and long-term harmony in the region.

Truth is elusive, this books shines a bright light on real history
An absolutely stunning book, I am saddened that it took more than 70 years for the truth to come out. Prepared to be shocked. What is saddening is that even after the partition, Congress in particular & the Indian Political class in general along with the academia refused to learn any lesson from history & the country had to pay a heavy price.Unfortunately, more than 3 generations of Indians have been brain-washed on the pseudo-secular, socialist tripe. This is an absolute tour de force from the author shining a bright light on the role of fundamentalists on one hand & incompetent, self-deluded INC leadership on the other.

Irreplacable Reference to Understand Origins of Anti-CAA Riots, Partition, Kashmir Separatism
Sanjay Dixit goes well beyond the call of duty to meticulously comb through archives to expose the separatist Muslim agitation in India since well before Independence. It shows how morally and legally bankrupt the arguments against the CAA and Article 370 removal are. Cold hard facts to support the typical emotional arguments are provided. Kudos to the author for publishing with Garuda after Bloomsbury India caved into the woke, cancel-culture mob's and breached the publishing agreement with Monika Arora's Delhi Riots book.

A scholarly effort in unveiling the whitewashed part of Indian History and its consequences
The author has laid bare the events of a century with facts which inflicted deep scar on the psych of Indian and made us question our own abilities. The resignation letter of Jogendra Nath Mandal addressed to PM of Pakistan reproduced in the book is an eye opener. Very well written and take the reader seamlessly through the entire historical events. A must read. Anil Sharma

The Reasons that caused partition of India and detailed analysis of Article 370 and CAA
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This book, Unbreaking India By Sanjay Dixit, talks about the politics done by Muslim leaders in the first half of the 20th century and the latest issues like removal of article 370 and introduction of CAA. This book talks about Kashmir in details. The map of India that you see on the cover is a map proposed by a leader of Muslim League, Rahmat Ali plan, in 1940 to divide India, Which finally didn't materialize as is. Green showed the proposed Muslim countries and the saffron shows the India or other non Muslim countries.
