Flux
Seems to solder ok, but the flux isn’t as effective as my usual more expensive solder. So I use additional flux and it works alright.

Almost elemental
It is rosin core, lead free solder. It is almost elemental tin save for some tiny percentages cu and au. It works the way you think it does. Not much to say.
