This is very good for keeping the l guard if you search for a low cost supporter you must buy it !

I usually use size L in omtex. Just to be safe I ordered XL and it is very very tight. I dont think this is even L size, may be its M. The label on the product and the packing says it is XL, so I would suggest looking at the measuring scale and buy bigger size.The quality of the product is very good, the cloth and the elastic are nice.
