I love these straps! So easy to use. It comes with a tiny poster with the different workouts you can do with these straps. What I love about them is they’re as sturdy as TRX and you can use them anywhere. The straps are a bit heavy to carry around but they’re perfect to use at home or at a park. I would definitely recommend these to friends!

I've been looking for a portable strength training solution since I travel internationally for a month or more. Especially since hotel gyms aren't always available. These bands are perfect for doing multiple types of strength training exercises. I set them up against a closed door which allows me to put them up quickly. Then they can be packed away in a handy travel pouch. The enclosed pamphlet included several exercises but it can depend on how you attack the bands.

These are awesome. If you were blindfolded you'd have no idea if they were $400 or $40. I hang it at the top of my pull up bar in the garage or at the mma gym. Works much better like that compared to putting it behind doors. You can order through Amazon or at your local store, a fisheye hook to screw in your house. That way you can attach the clip on there. Try to put the fisheye above the top part of door in the house so it's set up high, or somewhere else that's the same height. Then open the door to do exercises directly beneath the fisheye rather than keep the door shut to prevent you from getting specific exercises in.

Easy to use right out of the box and a great addition to a space conscious home gym. I did eventually opt for a wall anchor (not included), but for the first month did the door set up and no complaints, just wanted to skip the set up/break down step with every workout.Honestly was worried that because of the low price they might have turned out to be junk, but nope! Just a good deal.

So far this product is working just fine. Easy installation, easy to use.

Very sturdy bands! Length is long enough for any configurations. The included instruction and bad are very convenient.
