Loved the base..it’s super heavy and very sturdy..the design is very pretty...earlier my patio umbrella usually fells down and broke with strong wind however this time it was there standing ..even in strong rain and wind...no damage happened...peace of mind..would recommend

This works great for as a movable clothesline stand. I wasn't sure if it would fit but after using a screwdriver to pop out the inner plastic ring it fits with wiggle room.While it can withstand the weight of clothes and won't be knocked over in a strong breeze, I'll have to be careful of the kids running around near it. If shoved I'm sure it'll be knocked over. Even so, it's better than the plastic in ground one that came with the clothesline. That one was chopped to bits by the lawn mower.

I was expecting this item to be lower quality, just based on the price. I see these at my local hardware stores for easily double what this one is listed for on Amazon. This is beautiful! Not only is the paint and pattern pretty but it also comes with adapters to fit different size umbrella poles which is great. Makes for a nice snug fit and helps prevent our umbrella from rotating around while in the base.The assembly was VERY simple. one screw and its assembled. Super happy with this item and i definitely recommend it.

I purchased it to go with 9ft umbrella and they work great together.Very sturdy and heavy. I have not had any issues so far but haven't had a super windy day yet.
