My favorite work pants
These are my favorite work pants. Ended up ordering more for the week. Lightweight, comfortable, and the stretch waistband is nice for moving around.

Great! comply, cozy and quick drying.
Great! comply, cozy and quick drying. I wanted a 31 inch inseam, but the elastic "cuff " at the bottom covered well enough to make it work.

Sizing
I purchased a 36 x 28. The waist and crotch ran small (tight) on my dad bod, but the leg length was perfect. I’m 5’8 (And they are pretty stretchy material so keep that in mind.) So I’m going to say they run a little small. However, if you purchase a 38x30, the waist and crotch will fit perfect but the legs will be a little too long and baggy.

Tech fit cargo pants
These pants are a great fit. I got my usual size and they fit perfectly. The quality seems good and the fabric is the dri-fit tech feel. Pockets seem plenty and good. I am 5’9 and 185 athletic fit. 36 x 30. Fit perfect

Initially Disappointing, but Eventually Appreciated
I ordered a 29W x 30L pair of these pants to test as work pants (more for contract/construction work than for office work). When I first received the pants, I noticed a few things that I disliked about them.My actual pant size if I’m wearing jeans, for example, is 29W x 32L. So I expected that these pants would be two inches shorter than my regular pants and would show my ankles like most joggers do. However, these “30L” pants are actually as long as or even longer than all of my 32L pants. So that was a letdown—especially since I would be wearing work boots with them.Another thing I didn’t like about these pants when I first received them was how cheaply made they seem to be. There were loose threads all over the place that I had to cut away with scissors, and the cargo pockets are sewn on in such a way that there are awkward permanent wrinkles in strange locations along the thighs. The third thing I disliked about these pants initially was how itchy they were. For the first week of wear, my legs were constantly itching all over the place. It was awful. However, after over a month of wearing these now, the itchiness has ceased, the awkward wrinkles have stopped annoying me (and have never been noticed by other people around me), and I have learned to really appreciate how cool the pants keep my legs when I’m working outside in the heat or when I am simply sweating from hard work. I’ve also come to appreciate the belt loops (as most joggers have none) and that my wife says these pants make my butt look great. Hahaha.Overall, I don’t mind these pants. They seem to work fairly well for my workday purposes. I only wish they were half the price that they actually are and that their advertised lengths were more accurate. I don’t know if I’ll buy another pair without some sort of sale.

Comfortable - one size down fits
As others have mentioned, due to the elasticity in the waistband I would recommend one size down. I typically wear pants with a 33" or 34" waist. Binging on pizza and junk food lately? 34". Avoiding alcohol and working out 3 days a week? 33". I've been on the "binging on pizza" kick lately, but ordered a 32". It fits...its not tight...in fact because of how stretchy it is, it is very comfortable on the waist and I can imagine that it might actually be too loose when the elastic waist band starts getting permanently stretched out. This is a slim fit for sure. If you do any leg work in the gym...squats...calf raises...lunges...these will probably feel snug from the thigh down. They do have stretch so it doesn't feel restrictive but keep this in mind.I lift weights and on non strength training days I just go for a walk...rain or shine. I bought these for the "rain" part. Have not done my usual 30-40 minute walk in the rain yet but did splash some water on them and the water just beaded up and slid right off. I would imagine I'm a heavy downpour these would soak, but that's fine and I'll just deal with it on those occasions.I think these are also going to be my new travel pants....especially for those long international flights. I typically wear sweatpants on long flights...but occasionally have forgotten to pack a belt to wear with regular pants once I arrive at my destination. These have belt loops so I will probably wear my belt with these on my next flight.Final note...these aren't flimsy feeling and are about as thick as lightweight chinos, and I would rate it about just as warm.I am probably going to buy more colors.

Second pair
I’m a woman and I don’t wear a lot of pants. But I LOVE these. I originally bought the Navy ones for cosplay (Jill Valentine from Resident Evil). But I started wearing them for casual days at work because they’re so comfy. Colors are great, it’s stretchy, plenty of pockets, I mean?? This time I bought Army Green for a Meryl Silverburgh cosplay. I feel that the pictures don’t do it justice. Maybe it’s a trick of the eye but I think the color is a little darker and better in person. Same with the Navy to be honest.I have no complaints. I love these pants and will probably be buying more.
