Sensitivity of sensor is great, lights last all night long. Great deal highly recommended.

I installed the light 8 feet above the ground. In the summer above 64 degrees it does not turn on when my small dog approaches. In June I will lower the light to see if that helps.

They are light weight and a good size. They didn't have the the screws to hold it together or. Mounting plates. Would recommend a different product

Wish I could give these another star, but . . . . Installation on a vertical surface requires a little planning. The plastic arm that holds the light only orients one way, and it's not what you think. The "rachet" side must point DOWN for the solar cells to be on top, which mildly impairs installation. The screws supplied are a bit short. The brightness is great (it's dimmable, too), and the choices of light angle are very nice, but the angle can only be changed by using a screwdriver to loosen small bolts on the unit, which is a bit inconvenient unless you carry a Swiss Army Knife. I like the brightness choices for our dog yard and outside steps, but the remote has to be very close to change them. Motion sensor sensitivity is average at best (though it appears to be the same type as several other brands which have worked well for us). One of our units gets several hours of strong sun and gives continuous light (albeit at 30% brightness) all night. Another unit, getting less direct sun during the day, stops working 3-4 hours after dark. (We keep it on motion-sensor only, which defeats the purpose of continuously lighting the stairs.)

Works good. Would not hold up is snowy area’s bracket is very flimsy.
