I have back and neck pain from fibromyalgia. This pillow has really helped with my pain and I sleep much better now. I like a flat pillow and this one is just right for me. It didn't have any funny smells when it came and it's been perfect from day one.*UPDATE* 2/7/19 my first pillow is now two years old and I decided to replace although it is still in good condition with just a little bunching in a few spots. I was afraid to wash it but feel silly about that because it washes really well so don't hesitate to put it in the washer. Im not sure why no one seems to have figured this out yet but if you put a hole at the bottom of each pillowcase leg just big enough to put your hand through you can easily put the pillow case on with no struggle at all. I credit my husband for this idea and its made changing the case a snap. I just split the seam about six inches or so.

This is NOT 61 inches long, I know this because I am 61 inches and when I cuddle with this my feet are left hanging even if I put my head over the top my feet are still showing over. This pillow also isn't as fluffy as I thought it would be. The reason I paid more than $40 for this was the fact that I wanted to cuddle something that was as tall as me or taller so that I could be engulfed in pillows, but the spacing between the two sides are way too far apart that you honestly can't even be cuddled all that much. Also, I have a dislocated pubic sympysis so the only way for me to sleep is on my side with my knees having something in between them but because this pillow doesn't have barely any fluffiness its like having nothing in between my knees leaving me with a night of pain. So, if you are coming to buy this product for height and the hope that you'll be very snuggled at night or because your hips are dislocated/back pain, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I loved this pillow. I purchased it for chronic body pain that I now have because of a reckless chiropractor. It his helped me get back on track for a healthy sleep pattern, it helped all of my body aches from me feet to my chest to my back and neck. I felt cradled. I believe it helped to heal my pain. Unfortunately, I had to get rid if it. It was so large my poor husband couldn't fit comfortably on the bed with this. He is 6'0 180 pounds and I am 5'5 and 135 pounds and there still was not enough room. If I did sleep with it the back side would fall off the bed and sag making it uncomfortable. It also seems to clump around the head part.

I bought this pillow at 28 weeks pregnant with twins and I'd say it was a smart purchase. Before using it I'd toss and turn throughout the night, not getting any good sleep. I tried using extra pillows and I would just end up kicking them out of the bed by morning. After buying this pillow, I feel more rested each morning. I'm 5'11" and I was afraid It would be too small for me but it cradles me nicely!If you can afford it, I recommend getting the pillow cover for it too. I wish I had it so it would be easier to launder.The package came on time and the pillow is as described.

I'm still getting used to this body pillow. I wear a cpap mask due to severe sleep apnea. The pillow I was using before purchasing this was going flat and was not helpful. The full body pillow had just the right amount of height to make it comfortable. I eliminated 3 separate pillows with this one The one downfall is that there is no removable cover or pillow case to wash.

I got this U-shaped pillow to prevent me from sleeping on my side and for resting my arms on the sides of the pillow, after surgery, since doctor recommended sleeping on my back until completely healed from breast reconstruction surgery. I love, love, love this pillow! For some reason, it really hurts to have my arms on my sides resting on the bed. I have to have them lifted up a bit, resting on pillows. So, this pillow solved that problem. I think I'll still use this pillow even after I'm completely healed (which won't be any time soon).

I love having a body pillow. It's helped my chronic back and neck pain so much! I just don't love having THIS pillow. I took the case off to wash it twice so far and each time, it has fallen more and more apart. Now the entire zipper is broken. Spend a little more money and get a better quality pillow!

This is not at all what I expected. It's flat and doesn't support my growing body at all. The fabric is itchy. It's not oversized, it's kind of pathetic. It's not comfortable at all and does nothing to help me sleep. I wanted it to change my life and it was a major disappointment. Not at all what the description made it seem like.
