Simer 2300 1/4 HP Submersible Utility Pump

I have had experience with Simer pumps before and are satisfied with this one; I wish it had an automatic on/off, however.

We bought this after we had a flood in our basement and the company who did the clean up used this same one to drain the water out. Just attach a garden hose it, we ran the hose out the basement door or window and turn it on, it works fantastic and got rid of all the water. We found it on amazon and bought our own to have in case we ever had another flood. So far, we haven't had to use it, but it was a great price, it's easy to use and we are now prepared if we ever need it. It's definitely cheaper to have it on hand rather than to have to call someone to come in and do it for us, we can do it ourselves. Highly recommend.

Great little pump! Does the job needed.

Excellent for pumping water. Not for muddy. or silty sludge. Can be used in shallow areas as long as the impeller is submerged. Robust housing. Excellent product for the money. You get what you pay for.

This unit produces efficient pumping action for the the money. We attached the wider hose to the pump for greater suction.
