Warm and cosy!!
My heated blanket is very light, soft and cosy even if not turned on I still cuddle under it and feel so toasty.

This beautiful blanket was a Christmas gift for my daughter & she is absolutley thrilled with it! She made a point to tell me that it is so soft to touch & very warm even without the heat turned on. Very high quality - we are pleased!

Controller stopped working
I really like how this product works however the controller stopped working. Will not turn on. Tried plugging into numerous outlets. How do I submit a complaint for this item has 5 year warranty.

Package was missing instructions and folded poorly.... and was dead on arrival.
I received this product a few days ago. I opened the box and noticed that the blanket was not folded nicely and their were no care instructions. I plugged it in to test it and noticed it did not warm up. After about 10 minutes I noticed the bottom light on the controller was flashing. After doing a search I noticed this means the controller thinks a wire is broken.... so I will send this back.
