do we need 3 different wires or connect all on the same line? Also how we can dial extensions ?

No we have to connect all sets with one single pair telephone cable as per video, all the connections will go from rosette Box (provided with sets), for extension No we have already changed jumper for Ext. No and Ext No are given on box itself,. You can also change jumper and make it your desired no by changing jumper at bottom of base unit.
