Wonderful blend with a fresh uplifting scent, that does work. I've even used it to relieve pain stemming from the occasional pinched nerve in my neck. The best way to aid this in easing anxiety/tension/headache is to create a positive scent association first, before you begin to use it as a rescue aid. For instance, when you are feeling well, create whatever soothing environment suits you, such as relaxing music and a quiet comforting place to lie down, and likewise bring up some positive visual imagery. I got this is a pinch its not as good as the saje pepermint halo, the smell is much lighter and very one note . It worked ok.... but not great. I would not buy again
